Shipping details.

At present we are posting our products via Royal Mail 48 hrs tracked as we have had issue with damage when using certain providers. By using Royal Mail we feel safer that your purchases will reach you in the same condition they left us. We will continue to look at other service providers' as our business grows.

Packaging

Where possible we use recycled boxes for our packaging as this fits in with our sustainability ethos. Therefore don't be surprised if your purchases arrive in an odd looking box. Where possible we also reuse packaging material to supplement any new packing materials used.

Shipping

We aim to pack and post your items within 3 to 5 working days and we will  email you to let you know your items have been dispatched. We will also provide you with the tracking number.

Damage and refunds

We hope our products arrive to you without damage. You have two working days to notify us of any issues. Full refunds are given once we receive any damaged good back. Buyers are responsible for the return postage.
